1. Take your photo copies one at a time and carefully fold them along the centre line so just one half of the bulkhead is showing.
2. Then staple this folded page so when you cut it the the back half does not move. This is very important and will give you both halves that will be the same.
3.Cut out the each of the bulkheads very carefully until all 8 are done. Remove any staples that may still be in the pattern and then lay them flat on the bench.
4. Glue all the templates on to a piece of plywood as shown below for the KNASKA I am using 6mm marine ply. Cheaper plywood can be used but in the long run the marine ply will give you a better finish.
