1.Place the piece of plywood on some saw horses and using a jigsaw cut out the bulkheads you can use a bandsaw or even a hand saw if you don't have any power tools picture 1.
2. Leave 2 - 3 mm of wood around the edge of the templets so you can sand and file the profile and get it as close as possible to the right shape picture 2.
